Biography
Dr Thomas Smith qualified from Monash University, Australia and has worked in leading centres around the world during his career, including Australia, Germany, and the USA.
He went on to achieve his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Kiel, Germany and completed a Fellowship and 12 months’ sub-specialty training in pain management at The Royal College of Anaesthetists.
Dr Smith was awarded the United Kingdom Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCST) in anaesthetics.

Dr Thomas Smith has been heavily involved in clinical research and regularly delivers lectures on the field of pain and treating it.
